How long does it take to receive the eBook after payment is completed? I’ve paid £5.00 and waited 1 hour… Nothing in my mailbox apart from the Paypal receipt!

Finally got the book, but I had to go for £0 and was granted an immediate download. Strange…
I think you’ve missed a trick here. You should offer an option for people to order the book for later physical delivery, and also get a download now. I wrote a textbook, and I found that my physical book sales increased once I made the manuscript available online free. People would read it online first, then order a paper copy as that’s more convenient for something you’ll be referring to regularly – and printing out hundreds of pages and putting them in a ring binder is just too much bother.
So I’ll download free now, with the intention of buying the physical book once it appears
